We are currently serving in the breakfast room or outside on the veranda as weather permits. Room service is also available with advance notice. If you prefer not to have breakfast your room rate will be reduced by $10.
Breakfast is served between 7-8:30 Mon-Fri and 7:30-9:00 Sat-Sun.

Common areas include the Parlor with cable TV and DVD player,
Breakfast Room and an Expansive Veranda.
Guests are free to wander the yard and enjoy the gardens.
Full gourmet breakfast served daily.

Please note rooms are both upstairs on second floor.
This floor is for guests only with just 2 rooms so very quiet.
Each room has it's own private bath in hall.
Policies
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations require a 7 day notice. If less than a one week notice is received and we are unable to re-book a charge equal to a one night stay will be applied to credit card. If less than 48 hours notice is received a charge of full reservation will be made.
Special event weekends and holidays require a 30 day notice of cancellation and will forfeit an amount equal to one nights stay. If less than two weeks notice is given a charge equal to half of total reservation will be charged. If less than one weeks notice is given a charge of full reservation will be made.
Extended stays of 7 days or more may receive a 10% discount by using code ES10 when making reservation. A non-refundable deposit equal to one night will be charged at time of booking.
Cancellation less than 48hours will be charged an additional 50% of stay.

If your arrival is outside of those hours we will do our best to accommodate with advance notice.

Rates are for single or double occupancy with full breakfast included.
For the comfort of all guests, 1898 Red Bud is a tobacco free environment. Smoking allowed outside only.
Minimum stays are required during special events which include but are not limited to Keeneland meets, Breeders Cup, Asbury special event weekends and conferences.
Deposit of one night or credit card on file is required to hold reservation. Full balance due at check in upon arrival.
Rates are subject to 6% state sales tax, plus state 1% and county transient tax 3% .
Roll away available at additional charge to accommodate third guest in room. $10

Rooms are on second floor and are not handicapped accessible.
We regret that we do not have accommodations for pets.
Cats on premises but not allowed in guest areas.
